Where do you deliver?

Cheney Brothers delivers products to customers that have established an account and are within our delivery boundaries. We do not drop ship any products orders.

Is Will Call setup like a shopping center?

No, Will Call is not setup like a shopping center. We ask that you call customer service 30 minutes ahead to allow us time to pull your order.

Do you need to open an account to purchase at Will Call?

You do not need an account or a minimum order to make purchases at Will Call (see Cash and Carry for more information.).

Is there a minimum dollar requirement for delivery?

Yes, there is a $500 minimum order for State of Florida deliveries.

Does CBI do same day deliveries?

Yes, we have what's referred to as "Sudden Service". This is same day delivery with a $75 minimum order. Limited delivery areas. Service charge may be applied.

Does CBI special order products?

Yes, you must be an established customer and pre-pay 1/3 of the cost. Also there are no returns on special order items.

Does CBI back-order products?

No, unless it is arranged through your salesperson.

Are there any specialty departments in CBI?

Yes, CBI has complete Beverage, Disposables, Health Care, Italian, Janitorial and Sanitary, Mead and Poultry, Produce, Restaurant Supplies, Seafood, Warewashing and Laundry Departments, and a Special Lease and Loan program to those who qualify.

Does CBI make deliveries on Holidays?

There are only 3 Holidays that CBI does not make deliveries on and they are as follows:
