I wanted to write a quick email to let you know how AWESOME your team was this past weekend. As you probably saw, acts of god decided to turn South Beach into the new Atlantis. As a result our garage was under 4 feet of water within three hours of rain. All of our cooler compressors are stored in the garage and they were not equipped with scuba gear or snorkels (we’ll work on that this summer). I called Zenita and asked about the possibility of getting a refrigerated truck to us. Within 30 minutes she had an answer. Within 1 hour, Miguel from transportation was calling me stating that a truck would be delivered to us in an hour. WOW!!

Your driver braved through the horrendous traffic that built up on the causeway and made it to us by midnight. He stayed to help us get the truck set up for loading and walked us through the usage of the truck. By Monday, my Exec. Sous was communicating to Jeff Short on the pick up of the truck and this morning at 7:30am it was removed. The team effort and commitment to helping us in this time of need was truly amazing. Your team went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we needed and I greatly appreciate that. Please thank your team and pass my gratitude on to Byron.
