Special Event Draws Wild Game Enthusiasts

Many of the locals in Sterling Heights, MI have a passion for hunting and fishing. Restaurateur Ray Hollingsworth tapped into this "lifestyle" to increase sales on a usually slow night by putting together a "Wild Game & Brewery Tasting". By pairing various micro-brews with a selection of dishes featuring local wild game, Ray created an upscale event that allowed guests to sample delicacies not normally on the menu. He further increased the appeal of the event by inviting local hunting/fishing shops to display the latest gear and equipment.
