           Hornbacher is handcrafted and aged by Michel
           Sprycher (known as Michu to his friends),  from the                        •  Stout, nutty
           rich mountain milk produced at his dairy Fritzenhaus.                      •  Baked Potato
           Michu is a passionate cheesemaker and two time
           World Cheese Champion. This cheese is named after                       Texture
           a small river called “Hornbach” that runs just a few
           meters past the dairy in the  secluded little hamlet of                    •  Semi-firm
           Sumiswald in the beautiful and picturesque region of                       •  Dense
           Emmental.  Hornbacher is a favorite of ours, pungent
           and grassy with melt-in-your-mouth notes of butter                      Pairing
